We just moved to the north hills and my boyfriend grew up in this area. He has his favorite go to pizza spots but I was never super impressed so when we kept passing Adrian's, I figured it'd be worth a shot.
Their menu is HUGE and I can't wait to try more and more specialty pies but this time we tried the Charlie's Favorite and Mac and Cheese pizzas.
Charlie's favorite is basically buffalo chicken with fries and the sauce is spicy, which I liked. My boyfriend has a low to medium spice tolerance and I have a medium to high tolerance, if that helps. I was a big fan of the pizza and the ranch I requested for dipping. The chicken was real chicken breast rather than some processed junk but it was kind of tough so I picked some of the chucks off. The sauce and fries on the pizza was so good though so I'm not even bothered by that.
The Mac and cheese pizza wasn't bad, but not my fave. I like more flavor and to be honest, I can't imagine many Mac and cheese pizzas being much better than what they had to offer. It was much better when you dipped it in ranch. My boyfriend also said it was better the day after which makes sense since Mac and cheese always tastes better when reheated.
I definitely want to return and try the regular pizza and their general tsos! -

Another excellent pizza place with huge variety of food options for meat or veggie eaters. The wings are crispy and flavorful. The pizza toppings are plentiful in just the right amounts. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu as time goes on!

I stopped by Adrian's on my way out of Pittsburgh to give it a try. I grew up just up the road and Luciano's used to be my "gold standard" for pizza in the North Hills. Adrian's blew them out of the water. Chewy crust and sauce that is just sweet enough complimented with a generous (but not too much) cheese.
This will definitely be my go-to place when I am back in town!
They also have an insane amount of specialty pizzas that raise the bar for neighborhood pizzerias. -

I don't have n issue with the food it's just my last two orders have been short one thing or another. An occasional problem but I have had toppings missing, today we had 11 wings instead of the dozen we paid for and asked for ranch on a wrap. Seems minor but also a simple solution? It's either the front desk or just an overall lack of giving a s#&%. Lots of choices in the area moving on to a place that cares about the customer.

Really disappointed by this place. Last time got a margarita pizza. It was dry and bland. Thought I'd give them a second chance. Bad idea! My husband got a meatball hoagie it was dry and very few meatballs,, I got the Italian hoagie that had no meat or dressing and we got the bacon cheese fries that apparently had been baked. They were dried out and had cheese not cheese sauce. Overall my opinion is everything is dry and unseasoned. I'm done with this place.
